Balearia Ferry is one of the leading shipping companies in Spain in cargo and passenger transportation through the Mediterranean Sea. It was founded in 1998, and it has its headquarter in Dénia.

This company offers daily connections between the Balearic Islands with the Iberian Peninsula, specifically the “Levante” coast (Barcelona, Dénia, and Valencia). Besides, they are the only ones in establishing inter-insular routes. It offers routes from Ceuta and Melilla to the Iberian Peninsula as well as through the Strait of Gibraltar. The company extends internationally with connections to Morocco.

Balearia Ferry is characterized by its innovation and also, it has a fleet with 15 ships. In 2019, it will be launched two ships, Hypatia de Alejandría and Marie Curie, and both of them will reduce pollutant emissions. Currently, on the routes between Ibiza and Formentera, there are four eco-fast ferries.

Moreover, they are committed to the environment, that’s why they are one of the first companies in using liquified natural gas for its ferries.

You will have the chance to choose accommodations: cabins or lounges with armchairs and services like restaurants, shops, and bars. Depending on the chosen ship, you will find a play area, internet access, a swimming pool, and an outside area. Also, you will be able to enjoy different activities: shows, workshops for children, massages among others (only holiday periods).

Book your ferry tickets with Clickferry.com. We will help you to find information about different timetables and routes as well as to get the best deals!
