CUSTOMERS

VERACITY AND UPDATING OF THE PROVIDED INFORMATION
All the information provided by the User must be truthful and accurate. For this purpose, the User must ensure the authenticity of all data provided as a result of the completion of the corresponding forms. In order to fill in any form, the User will have to provide all the data that appear in said forms as obligatory, guaranteeing that the data provided are accurate and adequate to reality. The variation of its data will have to be notified as soon as possible to Clickferry. In any case, the User will be the only responsible for the false or inaccurate statements he/she makes, and for the damages caused to Clickferry, or to third parties, for the information he/she provides.
CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Clickferry reserves the right to modify the present Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, Clickferry will announce in this page the changes introduced with reasonable notice before their implementation.
