El t\u00fanido (at\u00fan, bonito, melva, caballa) es el pescado por excelencia en la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma y, aunque gran parte del resto de productos alimenticios han de importarse del extranjero, la ausencia de IVA en el precio de venta de los mismos hace que la compra sea m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica que en el resto del territorio nacional. <strong>Las costas de Ceuta, salpicadas de calas y rocas hacen que la pesca submarina sea considerada excepcional por su rica flora y fauna marina<\/strong>. Otro de los platos cl\u00e1sicos de la zona es, por supuesto, el pincho moruno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Mercado Central de Abastos destaca por la calidad, precio y variedad de sus pescados<\/strong>, no as\u00ed tanto, sin embargo, en el sector\u00a0c\u00e1rnico. Pero si no tenemos ganas de acercarnos por el mercado, tambi\u00e9n existen en la localidad excelentes tiendas\u00a0<em>gourmet<\/em> en las que se pueden encontrar los mejores productos llegados de toda la pen\u00ednsula y, de nuevo, a un precio considerablemente inferior.<\/p>\n<p>La cada vez m\u00e1s extendida afici\u00f3n por la cerveza artesana no ha obviado a Ceuta, tal y como podemos comprobar con <strong>Ceuta Star, una cerveza artesanal local que se realiza en una peque\u00f1a f\u00e1brica-bar en la que se producen hasta tres tipos diferentes de brebajes<\/strong> y que se pueden degustar all\u00ed mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero si lo que queremos es disfrutar del m\u00e1s puro sabor marroqu\u00ed, <strong>pocos sitios se pueden encontrar m\u00e1s recomendables que el restaurante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurante-oasis.com\/\">Oasis<\/a><\/strong>, donde la mejor gastronom\u00eda regional se combinan con un ambiente agradable y relajado y unas fant\u00e1sticas vistas sobre el monte Hacho. Otra alternativa es la que ofrece <strong>el restaurante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurantebugao.com\/\">Bugao<\/a><\/strong> en La Ribera, propiedad del chef local Hugo Ruiz, <strong>cuyo producto estrella es el at\u00fan rojo<\/strong> por su diversidad de texturas, sabores y combinaciones, <strong>que le han valido un puesto en la prestigiosa Gu\u00eda Michelin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La diversidad de bares y restaurantes, muchos de los cuales incluidos en la muy recomendable ruta de la tapa que se celebra en la ciudad, completan la magn\u00edfica oferta gastron\u00f3mica de la Ciudad
